Has anyone had a bad experience with this management company in the state of Georgia? My niece and husband have leased a house from this company. They moved in in June and in August the septic issues began. Turns out the house has a failed drainfield which HomePartners of Atlanta refuses to fix. Instead they prefer to have the septic tank pumped every two weeks. This has been done about 14 times now. Yes, that is not a typo. This company seems to have little regard for personal responsibility which is particularly heinous being that this is a family with a 2 year old child. Forget playing in the backyard. HomePartners would rather have "professionals" deal with any overflow issues than fix the problem.
